Reports to

Lead UX Designer

What will you do?

• Design and iterate on flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, using data from research to refine your work.
• Create and express design decisions with a data-informed vision, design rationale and solutions to team members.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to present game mechanics effectively, and prepare production files, documentation, and specs for UI designers and developers, QA and other team members.
• Advocate for player-centered design by highlighting the importance of player feedback and data-driven decisions in shaping the player experience.
• Work closely with various teams, keeping partners involved and informed throughout the development process.
• Ensure a consistent player experience throughout the game.
• Improve existing interface functionality and user experience (for players and your coworkers).
• Support the development and maintenance of the UI library.
• Create and maintain clear and detailed design documentation.
• Participate in functionality testing.
• Provide support for ongoing projects.

• Experience in interaction systems design and interface design.
• At least one full game release cycle of experience.

• Solid visual design skills and knowledge.
