Requirements: - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products (web-first)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking

- Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly
- Comfortable working in an evolving product environment
- Experience with SaaS or workflow-based products (desirable)
- Background in property, fintech, or compliance-sensitive domains (desirable)
- Experience working directly with engineers (desirable)
- Sensitivity to language and content hierarchy (desirable)
- Familiarity with UK users and expectations (desirable)
Responsibilities: - Redesign and refine the public website to clearly communicate what the product does, who its for, and how it works in a safe, controlled way
- Improve information hierarchy, messaging clarity, and visual structure
- Ensure the site feels professional, calm, and credible, not sales-driven or over-automated
- Work collaboratively on layout and content, not just visual styling
- Design and evolve user flows for maintenance requests, reviews, approvals, and escalation
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system
- Balance automation with clear user oversight in interface design
- Advocate for usability, predictability, and clarity across the product
- Work closely with engineers to design practical, buildable solutions
- Help translate complex logic into intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to product discussions and decisions
- Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
