Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products (web-first)
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking
• Clear problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly
• Comfortable working in an evolving product environment
• Experience with SaaS or workflow-based products (desirable)

• Sensitivity to language and content hierarchy (desirable)
• Familiarity with UK users and expectations (desirable)

• Redesign and refine the public website to clearly communicate what the product does, who its for, and how it works in a safe, controlled way
• Improve information hierarchy, messaging clarity, and visual structure
• Ensure the site feels professional, calm, and credible, not sales-driven or over-automated
• Work collaboratively on layout and content, not just visual styling
• Design and evolve user flows for maintenance requests, reviews, approvals, and escalation
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system
• Balance automation with clear user oversight in interface design
• Advocate for usability, predictability, and clarity across the product
• Work closely with engineers to design practical, buildable solutions
• Help translate complex logic into intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to product discussions and decisions
• Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
