responsibilities :
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and challenges
Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and both low- and high-fidelity mockups
Plan and execute testing sessions, gather user feedback, and refine designs accordingly
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
Assist in communicating design changes and managing transitions to new interfaces and experiences
Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user personas and journey maps
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product design
A professional portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
Expertise in designing functional, user-friendly experiences in complex business environments
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
