Get to know us…

We are looking for a UI Designer who will support our UI team, lead the company to the next level and have the most direct impact on our success. Apply and join our talented, passionate and open for new challenges team.

What you will do:

  1. Develop high-fidelity views and prototypes based on mockups and UX assumptions (mainly in Figma).
  2. Collaborate with the Business Analysts and Project Management team.
  3. Collaborate with the development team at the project delivery level and verifying visual quality.
  4. Collaborate with the client and presentation of prepared projects.
  5. Technical support in terms of processing and preparation of graphic assets.
  6. Develop and document microinteractions of user interfaces.
  7. Support in the creation of visual branding materials for digital products (web, mobile).
  8. Collaborate in building design systems and UI kits.
  9. Communicate and share knowledge with the UI team.

What we need you to have:

  1. Professional knowledge of Figma.
  2. Aesthetic flair for professional visual creation using appropriate typography, color schemes and other graphic resources (supported by a portfolio).
  3. Professional use of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  4. Knowledge of building design systems and creating components according to atomic design principles and design tokens.
  5. Ability to create interactive interface prototypes and micro-actions (preferred minimum is Figma).
  6. Ability to use clients’ style (brand) guidelines.
  7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS at a level that improves collaboration with the development team.
  8. Knowledge of English at the B2/C1 level.
  9. Portfolio with past projects (as a document or link to your profile, commercial projects preferred).
  10. Communicativeness and openness.
  11. Creativity and flexible approach to assigned tasks.
  12. Ability to clearly argue your decisions as part of commercial digital product projects.
  13. Conscientiousness and independence in assigned tasks.
  14. Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues in a junior position.
  15. Empathy and assertiveness when working with clients.
