• Defining features & tasks together with Product Owners
• Designing mockups & prototypes based on our Figma library
• Evaluating current state of the app and proposing improvements
• Propose designs to developers & actively work with technical limitations
• Contributing to Home Connect design system
• Preparing & conducting UX tests - mocks, interviews, evaluating results
• Participating in Software Design team knowledge sharing sessions
• Cooperating with developers, product owners, product managers in Agile environment
• Mutual feedback culture mindset – providing & receiving feedback

• 3+ experience as UX/UI, Product Designer
• Understanding of designing for multiple touchpoints
• Experience with IoT & accessibility is a big plus
• Curiosity for technical topics
• Efficient work in Figma or other similar tool
• High communication & presentation capabilities
• Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English
• Proactivity in proposing new solutions
