What we need you to have

Technical competencies:

• Professional knowledge of Figma,
• Aesthetic flair for professional visual creation using appropriate typography, color schemes and other graphic resources (supported by a portfolio),
• Professional use of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects),
• Knowledge of building design systems and creating components according to atomic design principles and design tokens,
• Ability to create interactive interface prototypes and micro-actions (preferred minimum is Figma),
• Ability to use clients style (brand) guidelines,
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS at a level that improves collaboration with the development team,
• Knowledge of English at the B2/C1 level.

Soft competencies:

• Communicativeness and openness,
• Creativity and flexible approach to assigned tasks,
• Ability to clearly argue your decisions as part of commercial digital product projects,
• Conscientiousness and independence in assigned tasks,
• Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues in a junior position,

• Portfolio with past realizations (as a document or link to your profile, commercial realizations preferred).
  
  Nice to have:
• Education in art or design
• Experience as a Brand Designer
• Experience as a UX Designer or UX Researcher
• Experience as a Frontend Developer or Web Developer
• Experience working with Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
• Experience working with Axure, Protopie
