TWD Salesforce Delivery Consultant
Honeywell is seeking a TWD Salesforce Delivery Consultant to support all phases of project delivery and implementation for TrackWise SaaS solutions. You will work closely with a professional services project manager on a hybrid schedule.
Job Description
As a TrackWise Delivery Consultant, you will analyze and document customer business requirements, conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, and configure and install SaaS solutions. You will interact with various levels of management, manage customer expectations, and contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team of customer delivery professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Technical skills: 3+ years of experience in an analytical or business/quality systems environment, familiarity with writing user stories and capturing them in tools – mandatory; Agile accelerator, Jira, Excel, and familiarity with a DBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL Server – plus.
- Salesforce experience & certification: 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Admin experience, including creating workflows and reports/dashboards – mandatory; Salesforce certifications and TrackWise experience – plus.
- Soft skills: excellent analytical, logical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills for customer‑facing requirements gathering and solution consulting in a SaaS environment.
- Language skills: fluent in English – mandatory; German or French – nice to have.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
