We are looking for an experienced, Turkish-speaking Sales Manager to drive sales of our innovative 3D Transplanner and trichoscopy solutions in Turkey. The role is based remotely in Poland, working closely with our sales team here.

Requirements

  • Native-level Turkish (spoken and written)
  • Fluent business English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Poland (or willing to relocate); Polish language is not required
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar sales role, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, pharma, or related B2B environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working remotely with an international team

Nice to Have

  • Experience or network in the hair loss / hair restoration / dermatology field
  • Personal interest in hair loss (for example, as a patient) and genuine motivation to help patients and clinics find better solutions

,[Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Turkish market for 3D Transplanner and trichoscopy products, Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with current and new clinics, doctors, and partners in the hair restoration and dermatology field, Conduct online product demos and presentations for Turkish clients, Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing, Collaborate with marketing and product teams in Poland to align on campaigns, feedback, and product positioning, Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback, Travel regularly to Turkey to implement and support our solution on-site., Coordinate and maintain effective communication with logistics and, if required, build a new distribution partnership in Turkey.
