Responsible for the control and supervision of the equipment, processes and documentation related to the tube mills and related activities such as roll dies, APQP of new products, corrective and preventive maintenance of machines, acquisition of new equipment.
Ensures that all processes and equipment are continually improved, creates recipes for new type of tubes, and ensures Pre CAB area process controls are followed.
Responsible for the preparation and implementation of manufacturing instructions, engineering, manufacturing alerts
Prepares and implements the process FMEA, routes, flowcharts, layouts, drawings related to the equipment and troubleshooting of the equipment.
Has the responsibility of proposing and evaluating parameter changes, equipment modification, process layout and data analysis (CPK's, model change time).
Participates in a problem-solving team, interprets failures, proposes solutions and ensures that the department's objectives are met.
Responsible for the control of roll dies, and other critical parts such as knife, welding equipmemt.
Our requirements
Engineering degree
10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or maintenance areas.
Very good English both oral and writing
Troubleshooting, technical knowledge of mechanical aspect equipment, basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical.
Knowledge in tube mill machines, form rolls, and the manufacturing process of radiators.
