We are seeking an experienced Treasury Systems Front Office Consultant with strong Murex functional knowledge to support a commodity/securities banking project. This role will work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, IT, and Management teams, playing a key role in requirements gathering, project execution, and incident resolution.
This is a highly remote role based in Warsaw, with only one onsite visit per month.
Act as a key functional expert for Treasury systems (Murex) in a banking environment.
Translate business needs into functional and technical system requirements.
Coordinate with Middle Office, Risk, Back Office, IT, and Management Control for system adaptations.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and steering committees.
Perform incident analysis and resolution across FO, MO, and Risk areas.
Support commodity-related treasury projects, acting as the bridge between business and IT.
4+ years of experience in Treasury system projects and/or support with project management exposure.
Strong functional knowledge of Murex, ideally in commodities or securities.
Hands-on experience with:
Strong financial markets knowledge, with a background in:
Requirements gathering directly with Front Office.
Working with IT, BO, MO, Risk, Admin, and Management.
Solid PMO experience, including:
Highly proactive and self-driven.
Strong results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working under pressure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Remote-first model with only one office visit per month in Warsaw.
