• Issue invoices and prepare supporting financial documentation (acts, reports, screenshots for banks);
• Prepare and submit documents in response to banking requests;
• Assist in maintaining communication with banks (handling phone communication, managing tokens);
• Monitor the relevance and validity of contracts with partners; initiate the creation of new agreements when needed;
• Administer the treasury Jira board: assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion;
• Implement updates and changes to treasury policies and procedures;
• Support various administrative tasks related to the treasury team, including organizing events, team-building activities, and seminars.

We need your professional experience:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in finance, marketing or a related field;
• Proficient user of Google Sheets and Jira;
• Confident user of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop;
• Experience working with banks will be considered a strong advantage;
• Experience with 1C is a plus;
• Marketing background is considered beneficial;
• At least Upper intermediate level of English.
