Our Team

Be part of a Global Treasury Capability which manages the EMEA Treasury activities for several Global Corporate subsidiaries of Koch Industries Inc. Assist the Treasury Manager with the day-to-day EMEA cash management operations and treasury processes in a dynamic environment focused on value creation.

What You Will Do

• EMEA Cash Management - cash position and reconciliation, support business with short term forecasts and funds request process, Treasury transaction execution
• Administration of bank accounts across multiple banking platforms and Kyriba Treasury Management system, Bank mandates, user setup and training
• Bank accounts management - verify Anti-Money Laundering requirements for all countries in scope, bank account opening/closure, complying with different regulations
• Manage FBAR reporting process
• Ensure optimal use of technology to modernize payments processes and optimize liquidity.
• Enhance controls throughout the process
• Support auditors and business with audit process
• Learn and advance the Principled-Based Management (PBM) culture within the treasury team by applying the companys Guiding Principles
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
• One to five years of experience in treasury operations, cash management or similar
• Strong user of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System
• Ability to work independently as well as with the team
• Prioritize based on value-add both monetary and time saving
• Basic understanding of FX risk management
