Treasury Manager

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

• Managing the financial liquidity of companies within the Group.
• Analyzing, assessing, and managing foreign exchange (FX) risk, as well as negotiating transaction terms with banks.
• Monitoring and optimizing cash management, including balance control and handling bank loan drawdowns.
• Coordinating hedging processes, including co-developing tools for currency risk mitigation.
• Collaborating with the CFO and other business departments on liquidity policies and financial management.
• Direct contact with financial institutions (banks, factoring companies) and handling banking administration (opening and closing accounts, transaction registration, regulatory compliance control).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance).
• Practical knowledge of liquidity management, FX risk, and hedging instruments.
• Ability to negotiate financial terms and work effectively with financial institutions.
• Experience using liquidity management tools and optimizing financial processes.
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
• Proactivity, teamwork skills, and good time management.
