Job Description

You are passionate about working in Product Control within the Treasury area. As a Product Control Analyst in the Treasury Chief Investment Office (TCIO) team, you will support key Middle Office processes for JP Morgan Treasury. Your responsibilities include producing and substantiating P&L and Risk reports, providing analysis and commentary to portfolio managers, collaborating on month-end P&L reconciliation with Finance Controllers, and promoting robust controls and new initiatives. You will also work closely with various stakeholders and serve as an analytical and project support resource.

Responsibilities

• Produce and substantiate P&L and Risk reports for CIO/Treasury Management
• Provide analysis and commentary to facilitate daily book reviews and sign-offs
• Perform month-end P&L reconciliation in collaboration with Finance Controllers
• Partner with the business to implement controls and new initiatives
• Support technology development for new business flows
• Coordinate with front and back office functions to resolve issues
• Work with stakeholders across risk, finance, business management, and technology
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource
• Handle ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements

• Experience in the financial sector
• Experience with P&L and month-end close processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Understanding of financial products
• Problem-solving attitude
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
