Job Description:

You are passionate about working in Product Control within the Treasury area. This role is for you.

As a Product Control Analyst in the Treasury Chief Investment Office (TCIO) team, you will support key Middle Office processes for JP Morgan Treasury Chief Investment Office. Your responsibilities include producing and substantiating P&L and Risk reports for CIO/Treasury Front Office/Management, providing analysis and commentary to portfolio managers, working with the Finance Controllers team on month-end P&L reconciliation, and promoting robust controls and new business initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and substantiate P&L (profit and loss) and Risk reports for CIO/Treasury Front Office/Management
• Provide analysis and commentary to portfolio managers for daily book review and sign-off
• Perform month-end P&L reconciliation and collaborate with Finance Controllers to ensure proper reconciliation of P&L and Balance Sheet
• Partner with the business to implement controls and new initiatives
• Support technology development for new business flows
• Coordinate across front and back office functions to resolve control and reporting issues
• Work with stakeholders such as Markets Risk, Finance, Business Management, Valuation Control, and technology teams
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
• Handle ad-hoc requests daily

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in the financial sector
• Experience with P&L and month-end close processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Understanding of financial products
• Problem-solving attitude
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and focus on controls
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
