About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Treasury Analyst to oversee the bank account management process for a diverse portfolio of clients. As a key member of our Treasury and Payments team in EMEA, you will collaborate on client onboarding and ensure seamless banking operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts.
• Set up and manage essential cash management services, including bank connectivity, cross‑border payments, deposits, and sweeps.
• Foster relationships with international banks and implement various banking services/products.
• Address banks KYC requirements efficiently.
• Participate in client meetings regarding new and existing contracts.
• Serve as an administrator on various banking and payment platforms.
• Maintain the bank account database within the treasury management system.
• Contribute to project groups for new initiatives as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics is preferred but not essential.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English is essential.
• Strong comprehension of financial and treasury terminology.
• Results‑driven with an analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with real estate, REITs, and real estate investment funds is preferred but not essential.
