As a Treasurer / Financial Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring the seamless execution of payments. Your tasks will include:
- Managing banking operations, ensuring smooth and secure transactions;
- Processing and monitoring payments, ensuring timely execution;
- Daily account balance tracking, reviewing and analyzing financial statements;
- Communicating with banks and financial institutions;
- Monitoring the functionality of banking systems to prevent disruptions;
- Preparing documentation and responses for financial monitoring requests;
- Overseeing liquidity management, ensuring sufficient funds for transactions;
- Reallocating funds and maintaining optimal account balances;
- Participating in financial reporting and cash flow analysis.
What We Expect From You
- Proven experience working with banks and payment systems;
- Background in treasury operations (account management, fund allocation, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of payment processing: scheduling, execution, and reconciliation;
- Ability to handle high volumes of financial data in a multitasking environment;
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and high level of responsibility;
- Conversational English and Russian – required;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, financial modeling, automation).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar);
- It will be a plus - Polish language (conversational).

- Hybrid work format, office in Warsaw (Poland), required presence in the office during the probationary period;
