Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimisation, standardisation and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

This Position

Position is based on supporting the travel pool activities, organising and following up business trips throughout the EMEA region.

  • Daily review and management of incoming travel requests, using various IT tools.
  • Correct and timely booking of different travel arrangements (flights, hotels, taxis, rental cars).
  • Administrative follow‑up of approvals for the requests.
  • Ensuring that travels are properly confirmed and booked in compliance with internal procedures.
  • You will be interacting closely with employees of Daikin Europe Headquarters, discussing their needs, proposing alternative solutions and proactively thinking of other arrangements they might need.

Additional Duties (10‑20%)

  • All office supplies checks and ordering (weekly).
  • Communication from landlord (weekly).
  • PC and other hardware ordering.
  • Success cards (stock/configuration) – on demand.
  • Supplies for internal trainings (food, water, snacks, etc.) – on demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an assistant or in a travel agency/department.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and Cytric (part of Amadeus) would be an asset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – required for daily communication with employees and vendors.
  • Fluency in Polish.

  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with a large number of business stakeholders.
  • Time‑management skills – ability to organise own tasks and deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Flexibility and stress resistance – capacity to handle changing deadlines and urgent requests.
  • Accuracy.
  • Good at working independently as well as in a team.
