Travel Systems Analyst

If you enjoy solving problems to help your team succeed, this may be the right role for you. Note: the role is for 4/5 FTE (4 days a week).*What You’ll Do* * Troubleshoot issues by finding the underlying cause and providing a resolution within the agreed SLA timeframe. Issues could be product defects, customer change requests, etc. * Raise unsolved issues as needed, providing complete case research to internal partners and sharing functionality updates before visible to clients * Communicate outages and enhancements to clients, travel consultants, leaders, and vendors, adding your professional expertise on travel tech * Provide status reports to leadership * Create and maintain product usage documentation, working with the product vendor as needed *What We’re Looking For* * 10+ years of experience in the business travel industry * 5+ years of experience working with GDS (Amadeus) * Deep knowledge and working experience with development and maintenance of Register Pro* Knowledge of data flow and dependencies between Register Pro and GBT system tools (Compleat, GMAX/AMOS in particular)* Experience in client servicing * Passion for solving problems creatively * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions * Passion for collaborating with others, especially in global teams * Experience in product testing, quality assurance, and web-based technologies * Experience with the following is a plus: desktop scripting, profile, mid-office, OBTs (Concur, Citrix, Neo)      *Location*Poland     *The #TeamGBT Experience*Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.* *Flexible benefits* are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
