What we expect
- experience in travel expense law with regard to legal and tax requirements,
- very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2),
- excellent teamwork skills,
- ability to independent work and highattention to detail,
- knowledge of SAP S/4Hana - nice to have.

Your tasks
- responsibility for the accurate travel expense reports of employees in Germany in collaboration with the HQ inGermany,
- checking and settlement of credit notes via Concur,
- checking the plausibility of travel expense reports and monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements,
- processing, checking and timely payment of travel expenses/credit notes (in Concur and SAP),
- master data maintenance in SAP S4HANA including vendor account clarification,
- be a contact person for employees and managers for all questions related to the topic of travel expense.
