Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound) in Dutch
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services
• Dealing with cancellations and refunds

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch(C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues

What We Offer:
