Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our newly opened warehouse in Łódź. In this role, you will oversee transport operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery performance. You will also support continuous improvement of inbound and outbound logistics in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

  • Use transportation software systems to plan, schedule, and facilitate the movement of materials and goods.
  • Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries and efficient load utilization.

Scheduling

  • Prepare and update logistics schedules to ensure deliveries meet production and customer timelines.
  • Communicate delivery plans with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Tracking

  • Monitor the daily movement of goods and materials across all transport modes.
  • Re-route shipments as needed to meet delivery requirements while minimizing costs.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Logistics and Sales departments.

Service Providers Management

  • Cooperate closely with transport service providers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage documentation, transport permits, and export paperwork.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL and carrier partners.

Data & Process Management

  • Maintain and update transport-related master data.
  • Support process development and system improvements (including WEP and other logisticstools).

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in HR, Administration, Finance or related field)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under time pressure
  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Driving license (B category) is a plus
