Job Description
- Develop effective working relationships across sites, internal teams, and key customers to enhance delivery outcomes.
- Arrange and confirm transport schedules for shipments within the country and abroad.
- Administer and update essential system data, including transit parameters and palletisation details.
- Track OTIF performance metrics and drive actions to improve reliability and service levels.
- Identify and communicate irregularities in deliveries, escalating potential service issues when necessary.
- Handle documentation related to shipments and ensure freight charges are processed accurately.
- Contribute to root-cause analyses of OTIF deviations and support the implementation of corrective measures.
- Provide operational support to supply and production planning, particularly in situations involving missing components or urgent transport needs.
- Assist in resolving SAP non-conformances and participate in defining corrective steps.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience in Transport Planning.
- Initial experience in a Transport Planning role.
- ERP systems proficiency (SAP preferred), strong Excel skills; PowerBI a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Other languages such French or Spanish are valued.
