Transport Implementation Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Support implementation of transport-related projects in the IT industry
• Coordinate day-to-day transport operations for courier, road, and air shipments
• Assist in developing transport solutions based on project requirements in collaboration with the Central Logistics team
• Manage communication between internal stakeholders and external transport partners
• Monitor and control transport risks on a project basis
• Evaluate transport offers and assist in negotiating conditions with suppliers
• Support continuous improvement in transport processes and customer service

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in transport operations (courier, road, and air shipments)
• Experience in project implementation within logistics or transport
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
