Mission:

Responsible of managing the inventory of the plant compounds or transit compounds in his/her perimeter. Secure short term capacity planning execution of transportations in allocated sub-perimeter.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination of international transportation (road, rail, and sea)
• Analysis of production plans and adjustment of bookings to actual needs
• Verification of completeness and accuracy of transport documentation
• Ongoing communication with logistics partners and internal departments
• Regular reporting of work results to the direct supervisor
• Ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems
• Active participation in business meetings

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• University degree in logistics, supply chain, management, or a related field
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions, data analysis)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
• Experience with TMS systems and Power BI is an asset
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
