We are looking for a Transport Business Analyst to support 4PL Transport Director by providing in-depth business analysis, and data-driven presentation.
The role includes translating business needs into technical requirements for BI developer, ensuring the maintenance of reliable KPIs, dashboards, and reports for transport operations.
Support the Transport Director with data-driven presentations and insights to support decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for BI tool developers to enhance and maintain transport reporting solutions.
Ensure company BI tools, dashboards, and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to operational needs.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide clear business insights.
Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
Leading TMS related developments and new TMS features implementation.
New customers implementation.
Collaborate with team to improve transport performance.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience (5+ years) in business analysis, data analytics, or transport operations within a control tower or international transport/logistics environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and business intelligence.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) – various formulas & pivot tables, VBA nice to have.
Experience with PowerPoint for high-quality presentations.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) and experience in reporting/dashboard creation (3+ years).
Familiarity with TMS developments and new TMS implementations (3+ years).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for BI developer.
Experience in transport operations, supply chain, or logistics is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. “Can do” attitude mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Polish(any other additional European languages will be a plus).
