Job Purpose

The perfect candidate performs the full range of administrative and coordination functions that enable the Translation and Resourcing teams to deliver high quality results. Applies extensive knowledge of translation processes and procedures as well as advanced coordination skills to ensure effective resourcing of translation projects.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports project activities such as file analysis and preparation, sending prepared information to freelance translators
  • Coordinates and secures freelancers to work on translation projects based on detailed requirements.
  • Ensures that projects are staffed with the highest quality external resources to meet deadlines and budget
  • Builds strong relationships with team members by actively contributing to team projects, taking initiative, communicating effectively, and demonstrating a commitment to achieving customer results. Builds positive and professional relationships with external vendors/freelancers.
  • Person on this position will be also responsible for IT translation

Skills & Experience

  • Linguistic background -educated to degree level, preferably in translation or similar discipline
  • Attention to Quality and Details
  • Native speaker of Polish and great knowledge of English
