• Lead transition programs, covering knowledge transfer, project onboarding, and infrastructure setup.
• Develop and manage transition plans, supporting RFPs and collaborating with the sales team.
• Oversee transition teams, including internal and third-party resources.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage invoicing.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate program performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in Transition Management or PMO roles.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
• Strong IS transition experience and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and presentation skills.
