Transition Manager with German

Your responsibilities

Lead the transition activities and ensure that the new service is fully accepted into RUN
Validate service scope and service measurement criteria, ensure that service levels are documented and that a contract summary is created
Conduct quality gate reviews and undertake project audits as agreed
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
Own project financials (billing, forecasting)
Take part in Bid process and influence transition solutioning together with solution analysts and architects

Our requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a transition/project manager role or in an SME/Technical Manager role with experience in Transition
Good understanding of transition/project management methodologies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and at different levels of the organization
Fluency in German and English
Good technical awareness
Certification (Prince2, ITIL Service Transition or any other relevant) would be an asset
