We are looking for a talented Transition Manager based in Poznan to join our client on a permanent basis.
Salary - depending on experience
We are looking for candidates with experience in Finance (02C, P2P and R2R) who have experience of change and project management - having lead transformations of finance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end finance transition projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
Process Transition and Improvement
- Assess current finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Design and implement standardized finance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the transition of finance functions to shared services or outsourced providers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and manage expectations.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the transition process.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance transitions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to transition activities
