Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing transition plans for new processes, ensuring smooth and timely transition of services
• Coordinating with the transition team in Germany to ensure successful transfer of knowledge and processes
• Developing and maintaining process documentation and work instructions
• Providing content support for the functional transition and ensuring adherence to process standards
• Identifying and managing risks and issues related to the transition
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients
• Ensuring all transition activities are completed within the agreed timelines and budget
• Continuously improving the transition process by implementing best practices and lessons learned

Qualifications

• Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transition management and/or project management in a shared services environment
• Experience in creating process documentation and work instructions
• Strong knowledge of transition planning and coordination methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ADONIS NP or BPMN 2.0
