Be a CDSe thermal domain expert, driving constant improvement and change in the CDSe platform to enable end users to create competitive designs of transformers with reduced engineering time in the thermal area. Drive the development of thermal solutions in reference to CDSe platform needs.

Main Responsibilities/Primary Tasks:

1. Support CDSe platform development and maintenance.
2. Guide the CDSe team on how to solve thermal aspects of transformer design.
3. Drive thermal solutions in the CDSe platform in synergy with the GLOMUS-TFD team.
4. Provide comprehensive documentation and specifications of thermal solutions for stakeholders, and be involved in driving the process of adapting Thermal related Technical Standards from the GLOMUS-TFD team to the CDS team.
5. Maintain existing thermal documentation and solutions in the CDSe platform, driving improvements and changes.
6. Support factories and end users (e.g., handling tickets, training users), and have regular meetings with factories to understand their needs and pain points.
7. Collaborate with the Technology Team and contribute to technical standards development.
8. Collaborate with developers – specify requirements, support implementation, and verify work done.
9. Deliver test cases to assure sustainable quality of the CDSe platform, leading test sessions with end users.
10. Prepare training materials and lead training sessions for end users.
11. Be part of the CDSe community.

5. Degree in Engineering.
6. 5+ years of related experience, preferably in PGTR.
7. Deep understanding of the thermal domain.
8. Experience in modeling thermal phenomena.
9. Knowledge of thermal simulation methods.
10. Experience in preparing technical documentation including drawings.
11. Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools (especially Excel, Word, and Teams).
12. Understanding of the software development process and agile framework.
13. Ability to work independently based on set goals and objectives.
14. Ability to plan and execute in a timely manner with high quality.
15. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
16. Communication skills – must have good verbal and written English language skills.
17. Experience in interaction and communication with users and team members – experience in working in groups to achieve common targets.
18. Ability to share feedback with team members.
