The Opportunity
As part of the Transformation Office, you will lead and support strategic initiatives across CxO Functions or enterprise‑wide, building critical transformation capabilities and coaching junior teammates.

Key Activities
- Work with Transformation Managing Principals, Principals and Lead Consultants on one or more strategic initiatives.
- Support the achievement of CSP Performance Goals and deliver annual operational cost savings.
- Lead small workstreams, managing people and non‑payroll budget.
- Build coalitions of key stakeholders and sponsors to deliver initiatives.
- Coordinate with other transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Develop and build transformation capabilities for the office.
- Coach other junior team members.
- Operate in accordance with Transformation Office standards.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in transformation execution and delivering change initiatives in complex organizations.
- Consulting Manager level experience with strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of Astellas’ strategic context.
- Project, change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to present complex issues to management and drive decision making.
- Experience managing resistance within an organization.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or experience within finance, banking or FMCG/food industries.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
