Your Tasks / Responsibilities
- Participate and/or lead the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding Transformation Consultants in the successful development and submission of project deliverables for junior team members
- Analyze data and information received from the client to reach conclusions and develop improvement recommendations
- Utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with the Client to complete the assigned deliverables
- Create and conduct convincing presentations and present ideas to the Client
- Support development of Thought Leadership and contribute to innovation events/work
- Contribute to area development through operational activities such as recruitment, Learning & Development, talent management, performance management and career progression processes
- Participate and/or lead projects related to target operating model design, process design, maturity assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solution selection and implementation, intelligent automation, training delivery, change management and similar
- Participate and/or lead projects for external clients as well as internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead with accountability for high-quality deliverables with minimal guidance
- Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) for continuous improvement and transformation
- Conduct Quality Assurance on deliverables developed by others
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Proven experience (over 10 years) and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within the Source to Pay area
- English at CEFR C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
- Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation
- Very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environments
- Extensive experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar tools
- Knowledge of BPMN notation
- Experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within the domain
- Team/people management
- Strong knowledge and experience with at least one eProcurement system (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure from business and technology teams
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with peers and stakeholders, including clients
- Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated proactiveness and self-reliance with limited supervision
