Your Role
We look for an entrepreneurial mind that likes to continuously learn and has real impact on the business. A person who is open‑minded and curious, who has experience delivering advisory/transformation projects. Your primary focus will be helping C-level stakeholders from the German market to build innovative organisations and boost their businesses by steering and supporting transformation projects in all phases from strategy definition to implementation.
Your Tasks
- Support organisations in leading transformation projects across various industry sectors and with multiple geographies involved
- Ensure that the strategic goal and expected business value is delivered throughout the work stream
- Conduct presentations and workshops, present results and actively help shape future solutions for our clients
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Gather requirements, define scope, identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Develop mechanisms to track performance and value realization on investment
Your Profile
- At least 3 years proven consultancy background and/or project/product management
- Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
- Ability to translate complex technical aspects into business language
- Passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand, assimilate, and translate different points of view
- Team‑player attitude with extensive communication skills appreciating international client‑facing activities (travelling across Europe might be required)
- Comfortable working in a complex, continuously moving environment with confidence and minimum guidance
- At least 1 year of experience using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or any other project management tools, including dashboard development
- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/XP), any Scrum related certification is a plus
- Ability to gather, understand and define clearly business requirements
- Expertise in at least one business domain (banking, finance, automotive, manufacturing, life science, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
