For our client, one of the biggest international Banking institutions is currently looking for a Transformation Lead (Manager) who will drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the COO Office of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). This role involves leading complex transformation programs, optimising business processes, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. The Transformation Lead will work closely with senior stakeholders, business heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key change initiatives.
Your next position- Design, drive, and execute transformation initiatives.
- Optimise operational processes and drive digital innovation.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and other teams to drive execution.
- Manage change by engaging stakeholders and ensuring adoption.
- Track project performance and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Liaise with the group to find solutions to identified gaps.
- Act as a key liaison between front-office teams, support functions, and technology, locally and in Group.
- Work closely with senior management and business leaders to identify transformation priorities.
- Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies.
Key requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Financial Industry.
- Strong background in leading large-scale transformation programs and process reengineering.
- Experience in COO Office, Business / Project Management, or Strategy roles within a financial institution is preferred.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in AML/KYC is beneficial.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop long-term transformation roadmaps.
- Stakeholder management: Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Communication & presentation: Ability to articulate complex topics clearly to senior management.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
