Join us as a Transformation Business Analyst and be part of large-scale transformation projects! We are looking for an experienced Transformation Business Analyst who will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to design new solutions and operating models, and supporting change and implementation activities. This role will also involve participation in program and project management to ensure smooth delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Your responsibilities As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and solving problems using systemic thinking and creativity. You will translate complex information into clear, structured, and meaningful communication tailored to the audience, while analyzing business drivers and competitive strategies to develop strategically aligned solutions. Your role will involve anticipating risks and issues and taking proactive actions to mitigate them, managing requirements gathering processes, and designing solutions accordingly. You will also identify areas impacting the target operating model and plan mitigating actions, raise challenges constructively when appropriate, and support program management with impact assessments. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process. Our requirements Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Knowledge of change management and implementation techniques. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, and Visio. Understanding of the banking and/or financial services industry or shared services organizations. Proven experience in business analysis, design, change, and implementation on complex, multi-country projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Optional Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage.
