As a Transformation Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and delivery teams to turn ideas into working solutions and operating models. You’ll support large-scale change initiatives, help embed new ways of working, and make sure change actually brings measurable results - not just presentations. You’ll also be involved in programme and project activities, helping teams move fast while keeping quality high. This role is for people who enjoy working close to the business and driving real change - not for those looking for a purely technical or documentation-only position.

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation initiatives
  • Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Hands-on exposure to change and implementation management
  • Experience working with Waterfall and Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio
  • Good understanding of banking and/or financial services environments
  • Experience working on complex, multi-country or multi-region initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
