The Business Services Competence Centre enhances business performance with specialized services - from HR, data management, and operations to consulting and analysis. We are looking for a Transformation Analyst to join one of our analytics teams.

Your tasks
- Identifying opportunities for change and challenging the status quo
- Supporting cross-functional teams to align transformation projects with business goals
- Developing clear and actionable plans for operational changes
- Analyzing payment processes to identify inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions
- Managing migrations and organizational redesign efforts
- Implementing digitization strategies and adopting RPA solutions
- Enhancing workflows to streamline and optimize global operations
- Monitoring the impact of implemented changes and ensuring long-term success
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in transformation or operational change within financial services or large, complex organizations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
- Solid experience in directing new proposition design, operating model design
- Ability to build and propose distribution and cost reduction strategy
- Proficiency in using Design Thinking frameworks and managing complex projects with extensive project management skills
- Proven experience in effective project planning, escalations, and risk management
- Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
