The Business Services Competence Centre enhances business performance with specialized services - from HR, data management, and operations to consulting and analysis. We are looking for a Transformation Analyst to join one of our analytics teams.

Your tasks

• Identifying opportunities for change and challenging the status quo
• Supporting cross-functional teams to align transformation projects with business goals
• Developing clear and actionable plans for operational changes
• Analyzing payment processes to identify inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions
• Managing migrations and organizational redesign efforts
• Implementing digitization strategies and adopting RPA solutions
• Enhancing workflows to streamline and optimize global operations
• Monitoring the impact of implemented changes and ensuring long-term success

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in transformation or operational change within financial services or large, complex organizations
• Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
• Solid experience in directing new proposition design, operating model design
• Ability to build and propose distribution and cost reduction strategy
• Proficiency in using Design Thinking frameworks and managing complex projects with extensive project management skills
• Proven experience in effective project planning, escalations, and risk management
• Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
