responsibilities :
Identifying opportunities for change and challenging the status quo
Supporting cross-functional teams to align transformation projects with business goals
Developing clear and actionable plans for operational changes
Analyzing payment processes to identify inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions
Managing migrations and organizational redesign efforts
Implementing digitization strategies and adopting RPA solutions
Enhancing workflows to streamline and optimize global operations
Monitoring the impact of implemented changes and ensuring long-term success
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years experience in transformation or operational change within financial services or large, complex organizations
Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
Solid experience in directing new proposition design, operating model design
Ability to build and propose distribution and cost reduction strategy
Proficiency in using Design Thinking frameworks and managing complex projects with extensive project management skills
Proven experience in effective project planning, escalations, and risk management
Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
