Transfer Pricing Accounting Manager
Your responsibilities
- Develop and update transfer pricing policies, guidelines and workbooks for intercompany agreements worldwide
- Manage and maintain intercompany agreements on a worldwide basis
- Review transfer pricing adjustments prepared by regional accounting groups
- Perform financial analytics of transfer pricing adjustments for various entities, including the Company’s Taxable REIT Subsidiaries
- Prepare/review true-up adjustments for annual transfer pricing activities
- Review/ update the Transfer Pricing adjustments for annual Statutory accounting activities
- Support financial audit requirements concerning transfer pricing matters
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as REIT Governance, Treasury, Regional Controllers, and FP&A, concerning transfer pricing-related matters
- Defend transfer pricing tax and regulatory audits and appeals (including Competent Authority actions) by preparing and presenting well-supported positions with the assistance of outside transfer pricing experts
- Develops and maintains healthy relationships with our business partners
Our requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with experience in accounting and Transfer Pricing reporting and compliance, in a tax function of a multinational enterprise preferred
- Experience with accounting reporting systems, Microsoft Office, excellent ability with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills, showing accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong analytical, time management and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in an organization
- Relationship management with various tax authorities
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within time constraints and deadlines
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude are essential
