We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Public Asset Operations department who will take care of client onboarding processes.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Configure the data management system and transfer agency systems
- Identify specificities associated to the investment vehicle events and assess the information required to properly manage them
- Analyze and review the investment vehicle documentation (Prospectus, Articles of Incorporation, Board resolution, …) received from clients and external parties
- Take the appropriate actions to collect all the relevant information to get setups ready in due time
- Communicate with other internal departments to make sure events are accurately and timely integrated in the operational teams
- Liaise with external stakeholders (Management companies, depositary banks, clients) to gather information linked to the events.
What you offer:
- Relevant professional experience in the transfer agency
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish investment vehicle types and their operating model is a strong asset.
- Proficient in MS Office (in particular Excel) and Multifonds TA system
- Very good knowledge of English (in writing and speaking). German or French are an asset
- Innovative attitude towards new and already existing tasks
- Well organised, strong analytic and autonomous
- Client oriented and communication skills
