Your role Are you interested in the Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and maintaining the shareholder register of all investors? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Transfer Agency world? Join us as a Senior Transfer Agent in a striving, well-driven team, working in an international environment. In this multi-tasking role, you will be part the PAFA Investor Services Team, working on their daily activities and participate in a number of projects looking to improve performance across the department.

You will be responsible for:

• Handling and reviewing subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers and other transaction requests in line with fund’s offering documents
• Preparing, monitoring and reconciling cash payments to and from investors (capital calls/distributions)
• Preparing investor communication/reporting in line with fund’s documentation and fund manager instructions (e.g., investor statements, investor notices, holding confirmations etc)
• Duly processing and maintaining the investors’ static data - setting up and keeping up-to-date the investor registers of the funds
• Preparing audit confirmations
• Preparing Partner Transfers
• Proactively handling various client, investor and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
• Keeping control of the timing of deliverables according to the fund’s operating memorandums
• Liaising closely with our AML/KYC investor services to ensure that investors meet AML and eligibility requirements
• Transfer of tasks from team located in Luxembourg to Poland
• Provide training and additional support to junior staff.

Your team You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Poland. Sector comprises over 100 specialists divided into several teams. Your direct team is a group of 5 talented individuals. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg and Switzerland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• Proven experience in Transfer Agency or similar related roles (2+ years)
• Proven experience in client data and cash reconciliation
• Ability to manage work under high time pressure and focus on a day-to-day process enhancement
• Ability to manage and proceed with high volume of manual work and to prioritize
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others
• Good understanding of KYC and AML processes will be an asset
• Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping will be an asset.
• Investran knowledge is preferred
