Overview
We are seeking an intermediate-level professional to join our Operations – Transaction Services team. This role is responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of securities and derivatives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
Responsibilities
- Process securities transactions and support traders with analytical input
- Assist in reviewing derivative products and resolving settlement issues
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to product launches
- Analyze reports to support management and control activities
- Monitor errors and suggest solutions to minimize risk
- Escalate transaction issues and collaborate on resolutions
- Design and analyze reports in line with leadership standards
- Support control activities and ensure audit compliance
- Assess risk in business decisions and uphold compliance standards
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
- Proven ability to manage concurrent activities in a high-risk environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of macros is a plus
