Transaction Coordinator

About the Role

The EMEA Transaction Management team develops property strategy and oversees the execution of transactions for large and small client portfolios. This role supports Transaction Management for one of CBRE’s client accounts, focusing on database maintenance, invoicing, reporting, account coordination, governance, and transaction‑management support.

What You’ll Do

Transactions Management (approx. 50% of time)

  • Manage self‑delivery projects;
  • Support project initiation, general administration, and close‑out activities;
  • Back‑up the EMEA transaction manager;
  • Support Transaction Managers at various project stages;
  • Prepare reports including procurement savings, fee budget, etc.;
  • Collaborate with the CBRE lease administration team as required;
  • Collaborate with Transaction Managers as required;

Transaction Management System updates and management (approx. 20% of time)

Maintain and update transaction management systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.

Account management (approx. 30% of time)

  • Manage invoicing processes (internal CBRE, client, and 3rd‑party providers);
  • Regularly update templates and calculation files (Excel and Google documents);
  • Support financial management and reporting on the account;
  • Maintain playbooks, handbooks, process maps, templates and enhance them;
  • Perform other services related to the Transaction Management Support role as needed;

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in transactional and/or real‑estate environments;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Knowledge of Google Apps;
  • Experience servicing back‑end requirements for database/project management apps or proven aptitude and interest;
  • Enjoys working autonomously;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority;
  • Analytics/financial or portfolio analysis experience is an advantage;
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail;
  • Pro‑active solution mindset and problem solving;
  • Ambitious and self‑motivated;
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently to meet deadlines;
  • Positive attitude toward routine tasks;
  • Confident and assertive where required;
  • Flexible approach to work;
  • Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients;
  • Good problem‑solving and analytical skills;
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
  • Proficiency in English;
