As a Transaction Capture Analyst you will be working for our client, a leading global investment bank serving millions of customers worldwide. In this role, you will support the Front Office Sales and Trading teams by ensuring accurate trade capture, maintaining position records, and analyzing complex data to improve operational processes. You will work closely with traders, trade processing functions, and other stakeholders to identify risks, implement efficient solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of systems and reporting tools, helping the client maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Warsaw based opportunity with a hybrid work model - 3 days/week in the office.
responsibilities :
Provide analytical and administrative support for derivatives and securities transactions
Maintain position records in coordination with trading desk and trade processing functions
Support trade capture management and Front-to-Back reconciliations
Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to processes
Design and analyze complex reports to meet management requirements
Interpret data to guide the launch of new products and platform upgrades
Minimize errors and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
Manage, escalate, and resolve requests, issues, or policy gaps
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new team members
Assess business risks, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
requirements-expected :
2-5 years of experience in trade capture, operations, or securities processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with derivatives and securities products
Familiarity with Front-to-Back reconciliation processes
Knowledge of risk management and operational controls
Ability to design and analyze complex reports
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
