responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end Training Service across the full service lifecycle (presales, design, transition, operation).
• Define and maintain the Training Service vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design and continuously evolve scalable, modern learning solutions for adult learners.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear service requirements and prioritized backlog items.
• Ensure delivery of measurable business value, service quality, and agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Define, monitor, and analyse KPIs and performance indicators to drive data-based decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on performance insights and customer feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure end-to-end service alignment.
• Manage service risks, dependencies, and operational constraints impacting quality and continuity.
• Recommend and drive strategic improvements within the Training Service portfolio.

• Experience in service or product management roles (Service Owner, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of modern adult learning and instructional design.
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling training services.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing backlogs.
• Practical experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management standards.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• High customer orientation and focus on business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Willingness to come to our office in Gdańsk two days a week.
