Position Overview

We are looking for a Training Project Manager who can think outside the box and drive the establishment of onshore training for our offshore technicians, enabling them to become as competent as possible before working at sea. The training set-up will support our training facilities in Esbjerg but should also focus on delivering training globally.

What you need to make a difference

  1. Background in learning management and/or project management.
  2. PMP or PMA certification is preferred.
  3. Experience handling large-scale projects.
  4. Familiarity with designing training programs for large organizations.
  5. Solid international planning experience.
  6. Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
  7. Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Training and/or experience in the use of Lean manufacturing tools and methods is an advantage.
  9. Ability to shift from operational to strategic perspective frequently.
  10. Excellent team player, thriving in collaborative efforts in an international environment.
