Training Practice Lead - Manager

Your responsibilities

Develop the Company’s offering and strategy in the area of training services. Constantly analyse customers’ needs and market potential, and build courses and training’ programs to be offered to customers
Build the Sii brand as a trustworthy solutions provider
Business development, involving both personal activities as well as supervising dedicated sales managers
Plan and execute marketing activities in cooperation with the Marketing Department
Selection and supervision of trainers
Manage and develop relations with training partners
Prepare training materials in cooperation with trainers and partners
Cooperate with other company units: sales, PMO, finance, back-office, legal

Our requirements

Ambitious Leader with fighting spirit
At least 5 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: training organization, sales, delivery management or similar
Experience in organizing and selling training will be an advantage
Good sales skills
Drive and ambition to win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target
A dynamic and very ambitious person, not afraid of challenges
Good organization of work and excellent people management skills
Positive Energy. Ability to energize others
Passion, deep and authentic excitement about work
Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to recruit top-level subordinate team; build close contact/partnership/open-minded relation with them; + closely monitor subordinates KPI, help them to perform & win
Fluency in English and Polish required
Residing in Poland required

Sii Poland is looking for a business-minded manager who will develop and manage Sii Training Academy, a unit responsible for providing training services for external customers.

The Training Academy has trained over 20.000 people from technical IT trainings to managerial & soft skills workshops & accredited courses & exams. The Training Practice works with more than 100 trainers and is one of the leading IT training providers in Poland.
