As our Training Manager, you will enable our team to be the Front Face of Chanel by building their confidence and strengthening their ability to create an emotional connection with the clients to the brand.
You will play the role of an active coach in engaging our team by enhancing their learning and development to drive loyalty and sustaining the speed and depth of Chanel’s business growth.
Reinforce learning experience and effectiveness, orchestrate learning solutions to elevate people capability and deliver ultimate luxury service, build up learning system, promote talent development to drive business growth and service excellence. Leverage internal resources, organize, implement, and evaluate training programs delivery.
What impact can you create at Chanel:
- Fragrance and Beauty product knowledge and client experience training program delivery in terms of planning, localization by territories, execution, and quality control.
- Presenting and communicating the CHANEL philosophy, brand culture and product knowledge.
- Defining long term training strategy according to company business growing status and direction.
- Organizing trainings and implementing education approach for different training participants internally and externally.
- Collaborating on development of training measures as well as e-learning programs according to CHANEL internal guidelines.
- Detecting specific training needs according to company business growing status and direction and providing customized operation training solution.
- Working closely with sales team and other cross-function departments.
- Continuously providing sufficient and efficient field coaching support, feedback and follow-up.
- Effectively managing the training cost and budget planning to support the smooth training system operation.
- Being an ambassador for continuous development.
- Effectively supporting corporate events, programs and projects when needed.
